The first lighted building we bought was an opera house,
in honor of a visit to the opera house in Camden, Maine in December 2011
when I took Jed and his friend Grace to see The Nutcracker ballet.
I can't say Jed loved it, but Grace and I did.
It snowed while we were in the opera house,
and it was a bit magical as we made our way down the street
to a coffee shop for hot cocoa,
all dressed up in our Sunday finest.
Jed loved that part. :)
