Project 365/37

Our friends in Paraguay sent us a piece of their paper money recently.
Have you ever seen a bill with little peep holes before?! :)
2,000 (dos mil in Spanish) guaranies is worth not quite 50 cents in US dollars.
The money isn't actually paper - it's polymer, like Tyvec.
Muy cool! :)

We have something like that here too! It's a 5 Ringgit bill....and it's the only bill like that so far....and it's not paper either. :)

Do you like using it?

Have you ever seen a US dollar? If so, is your regular money made from the same kind of paper?

I can't imagine the US switching to this different material, but I wish they would. :)
