We've been enjoying exploring it and the stream that feeds it from Crawford Pond, which is a small lake about a half-mile behind our house.

Here's a view of the house from the pond.

Here is the beginning of the pond, at the mouth of the stream.

The rocky stream.

Tracy and Jed playing in it.

The end of the pond is just on the other side of the bridge, where it spills over a dam and rushes in a stream to Seven Tree Pond (another small lake), across the street from our house.
Living near water is so common in Maine, but I hope I never get used to it!
