Learning to Read

We took our summer break from school back in the spring, when we moved, so we spent the dog days of summer learning to read.

Here is Jed, reading the final story in the book Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons. It was an incredible experience, teaching him to read.






I loved how excited he would get when he came to a funny part of a story - the shot of him smiling was just such a time - he would get so tickled and look at me and laugh.
