One of today's fun lessons was making cranberry bread, 
to go along with the FIAR book Cranberry Thanksgiving.
The frozen cranberries had the prettiest sheen on them as they were defrosting.

So this was my first attempt at a bundt cake. 
It was a trial run...I have to bake one for real tomorrow morning for a brunch. 
We will probably have to move again after that. :)
