Jed has always been fascinated with bonsai trees, 

so we bought one for our resurrection garden this year.  

I hope it lives!  :)

I've always thought they were high maintenance,

but that appears to be only if you want to train it in a certain direction.

I was amazed to learn there are bonsai that have been in training 

for hundreds of years!
