This piece was made of tar paper, mounded to look like waves of sand (to me, at least).
The interesting thing about it was that the paper on the back side of where you were standing looked smooth,
until you walked to that side and found the same thing to be true there,
so it was always changing as you walked.
The prints lining the walls in this room were made from shattering tempered glass.
