It was so nice outside today, so we spent some time on the back deck.
Click on the pics to enlarge them...her expressions are so cute. :)
The sweetest part was having her nap in my arms...pure bliss for both of us.
Her mom brought out the good camera and captured this perfect image.

We had to make an emergency trip to North Carolina,
part of which was to help take care of the grandbabies.
It was wonderful to see this little one again...
she's changed so much since we saw her last, at two weeks old.

January 26, 2019 - Part 14
We spent a few minutes in the roof-top garden
and were captivated by the roof-top pool of the building across the street.
Note the reflection of the revolving heart in one of the windows. :)
January 26, 2019 - Part 13
The last installation was this floor level piece made with clear plastic tubes.
It looks like the bases are lit, but it's the reflection of overhead lights.
Several pairs of the sculptures were inverses of one another.
These actually made my eyes hurt...and even the pictures do. :)
But they were so interesting.
January 26, 2019 - Part 11
I'm running out of superlatives to describe these pieces.
I loved this so much.
Again, it's little strips of mylar, but this time they're rolled up into little cylinders.
The mylar reflects light in an opalescent fashion,
which had the effect of making the concave tubes look like convex pebbles.
January 26, 2019 - Part 10
And yet again, more prints, this time of rubber band-like structures.
There are large windows at the end of the hallway holding the above prints,
making the Denver cityscape part of the art scene.
This revolving heart on a light pole was pretty interesting. :)
