We've missed seeing chickadees this winter, but there have been bluebirds congregating in the trees outside the schoolroom window. Their brilliant coloring is quite distracting for a certain easily-distracted boy. :)
I snapped these pictures in quick succession and we laughed when we saw the last photo! :)
